چکیده
Background: Under rainfall conditions, grain yield stability is one of the most important objectives breeding programs, especially in diverse environments. such analysis offers best solution for relative performance genotypes over The aims this study are selection adapted and stable bread wheat based on using some parametric non-parametric index. Methods: experiment was conducted during four consecutive agricultural seasons (2016/17-2017/18, 2018/19 2019/20) at level experimental station Setif (ITGC). Eight (08) were tested study. To calculate indices, we use STABILITYSOFT program. Result: association between Wricke’s ecovalence (Wi²), mean variance component (θᵢ) Stability (σ²ᵢ) indices with proved that growing under these conditions G1, G2, Hidhab, Arz, Wifak Ain Abid. In addition, index combination highest non G2 more semi-arid conditions. static dynamic concepts, bi CVi related to concept, while other associated concept. Evaluation of Grain Yield Stability of Durum Wheat Genotypes Using Parametric and Non-Parametric Methods
Durum wheat (Triticum turgidum L.), like most other crops, is affected by various stresses. Therefore, cultivars that, in addition to the ability to produce higher yields, can maintain their yield potential in different years and locations are considered superior cultivars. In order to obtain high-yielding and stable genotypes of durum wheat, 16 lines with two control cultivars Dehdasht and Sey...
متن کاملEvaluation of grain yield stability of lentil genotypes using non-parametric methods
The challenge of the interaction of genotype × environment is one of the main issues in plant breeding. Various statistical methods to estimate the interaction of genotype × environment and choice the stable and productive genotype(s) have been introduced. In this study, 14 lentil genotypes along with two controls (Sepehr and Gachsaran cultivars) were evaluated during four growing seasons (2016...
متن کاملEVALUATION OF YIELD AND SEED REQUIREMENTS STABILITY OF BREAD WHEAT(Triticum aestivum L.) VIA AMMI MODEL
High quality seed of wheat is the key to successful agriculture. Improvement and evaluation of agronomic traits have been the primary objective of breeders for many years under variable environments. The objective of the present research was to determine influence of genotype, environment and their interaction on yield and randman of seed as a seed quality represent and to evaluate stability th...
متن کاملEffect of the timing of nitrogen fertilizer application on grain yield and quality of bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars under terminal drought stress conditions
To investigate the effect of the timing of nitrogen fertilizer application on grain yield and quality of bread wheat cultivars under terminal drought stress conditions, two field experiments were conducted at Agricultural Research Station of Miandoab in West Azerbaijan, Iran, in 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 cropping seasons. Experimental treatments were arranged as split plot factorial in randomiz...
متن کاملDifferential Physiological Responses of Portuguese Bread Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Genotypes under Aluminium Stress
The major limitation of cereal production in acidic soils is aluminium (Al) phytotoxicity which inhibits root growth. Recent evidence indicates that different genotypes within the same species have evolved different mechanisms to cope with this stress. With these facts in mind, root responses of two highly Al tolerant Portuguese bread wheat genotypes—Barbela 7/72/92 and Viloso mole—were investi...
